West Kept Secret specializes in one-on-one training using the unique WKS methodology with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders. By using our high intensity interval-based sessions, fusing 3 key fitness elements together (cardio, strength training, and pilates). This unique methodology can only be experienced in CLT by coming to WKS for your one-on-one training needs.

LARGE GROUP CLASSES


Our large group classes run in a high-intensity interval-based format that fuses together cardio, strength training, and Pilates at various stations on our machines. These classes, including cardio and strength training together, sheds fat and replaces it with lean muscle, while our Pilates component addresses core work and stability. Combining all of this together in our 50-minute class saves clients time and money from having to be a member at multiple studios. With WKS, you are able to experience everything you could want or need in one results-driven workout!

WKS: NIGHT OUT!


WKS: NIGHT OUT! is a fun, sexy, sweaty experience and WARNING: this cardio-based, dance infused workout will make you feel like you’re doing cardio in the club while forgetting you’re even working out! This 50-minute class (we mean: PARTY!) utilizes our signature WKS machines and promotes body positivity with easy-to-follow, #feelyourdamnself dance moves. NIGHT OUT! is setup dimly lit with faint neon lights, so you don’t have to feel uncomfortable while trying something new, getting out of your comfort zone, or wanting to dance like no one is watching (whether you know how or not!) Don’t wait in line at the club, sign up now for our VIP seating + we can’t wait to cardio party-o with you!.

WKS: RESTORE


WKS: RESTORE is a deep stretch class, focusing on the recovery of primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, legs, core, back, and more, all while utilizing our signature machines. This class begins with warm-up sequences to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. There is a mixture between moving through poses and static holds to fully release the connective tissue around the muscles. This is the perfect deep stretch complement to our signature WKS HIIT methodology!
WKS: RESTORE is offered on Tuesday at 7:30pm and Friday at 5:30pm
