LARGE GROUP CLASSES
Our large group classes run in a high-intensity interval-based format that fuses together cardio, strength training, and Pilates at various stations on our machines. These classes, including cardio and strength training together, sheds fat and replaces it with lean muscle, while our Pilates component addresses core work and stability. Combining all of this together in our 50-minute class saves clients time and money from having to be a member at multiple studios. With WKS, you are able to experience everything you could want or need in one results-driven workout!
