West Kept Secret specializes in one-on-one training using the unique WKS methodology with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders. By using our high intensity interval-based sessions, fusing 3 key fitness elements together (cardio, strength training, and pilates). This unique methodology can only be experienced in CLT by coming to WKS for your one-on-one training needs.

THE MACHINE METHOD


Our small group HIIT class offering is something you’ve never experienced before! This class is limited to only 5 clients to ensure one-on-one attention tailoring to your individual goals and fitness level. We love this class because we welcome all levels and provide modifications where necessary! You never know what WKS interval you will be served up when you walk in the door, but that’s the best kept “secret” in town! Our large group HIIT class offering will leave you soaked in sweat and waiting to sign up for your next class! In partnership with Fit Atelier, this unique class, with multiple stations and creative intervals, will leave you breathless in the best way possible. Expect to see various props, a badass trainer motivating you every step of the way, and all the chic athletic wear you could imagine (to shop AFTER class of course!)
