West Kept Secret specializes in one-on-one and small group training using the unique WKS methodology with clients of all ages, shapes, sizes, and genders. We include a personalized fitness assessment, measurements, nutrition counseling, and a detailed fitness plan to ensure our clients reach their goals. Every session is specifically curated to the individual client, and intervals and movements are specific to our personal training curriculum and not programmed in our group class setting. Our sessions are held in our private studio (upstairs) or virtually and are 60 minutes long.
LARGE GROUP CLASSES
Our large group classes run daily using interval-based training at various stations on our machines. The cardio and strength components shed fat and replace it with lean muscle, while Pilates addresses core work and stability. With WKS, you will experience everything you need in a results-driven workout! The interval and movements change every day, providing variety and consistency to achieve any fitness goal. Our classes are held in our group studio (downstairs) and are 50 minutes long.
