Ariel grew up in Raleigh, NC, and made the move to Charlotte after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During college she had to figure out "how to workout" between her part-time jobs and full-time studies in marketing. She soon started her journey as a fitness professional at a local barre studio and quickly fell in love with the energy in the room of a group class, and went on to earn her Certification in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching from NASM. Ariel has been both a PT client and a founding member at WKS, but is now thrilled to be living the dream as a WKS Trainer and promises to bring alllllll of the advancements, energy, and bomb music to the studio, she can't wait to see you in class soon!

A long way from home, Amanda relocated to CLT almost 10 years ago from New York. She made the move to CLT to attend UNC Charlotte where she earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in elementary education. After 5 years as an elementary school teacher, she took a break to pursue her passion for fitness. She’s the definition of work hard, play hard and brings the energy wherever she goes. Amanda tried her first workout at West Kept Secret a little over a year ago and fell in love with the high energy and fire playlists before finally taking the leap to join our team. Don’t be fooled — while she’s a sweetheart, she’ll always be serving up advancements (and no mercy) on the training floor!

Jordan was born in FL and spent most of her years between Charlotte, Wilmington, Tampa. Growing up, she danced and cheered competitively, giving her the opportunity to cheer at Florida State University (GO NOLES)! Jordan moved back to Charlotte from Nashville in 2017 where she met her husband, JJ.  While working on her bridal goals, she became a member of WKS and instantly fell in love with the workout! Darcy was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York. Growing up she played sports and while staying in shape during the off season, found a love for running and weight training. Darcy moved to Charlotte in February 2021 to be closer to family and started a new job in sales as well as a yoga sculpt instructor. While looking for a new workout studio to try, her sister-in-law, (@thecheekybeen) highly recommended West Kept Secret. She became a client and after falling in love with the methodology, she decided to audition to become an instructor! Don’t mistake her calm demeanor – she is competitive and loves pushing herself and others to their full potential! After all, she is the only girl out of three older brothers.

Madison was raised right here in the Queen City where she grew up on the sidelines of football games as the daughter of a High School Head Football Coach. Friday night lights were the center of her childhood and ultimately led her to cheer competitively and share the same sidelines as her dad while attending Myers Park High School. In college, Madison struggled to find a workout routine that mirrored the cardio she was getting from years of stunting, tumbling, and dancing and had to work hard to find new ways to move her body. After graduating nursing school, she found herself back in Charlotte and jumped right into West Kept Secret! She says the methodology is a ‘one stop shop’ that allows her the confidence to not have to supplement cardio to strength. Now working full time as a RN for Novant Health, Madison finds fulfillment in being able to provide help and healing for those who are sick and to work in fitness to prevent illness through healthy lifestyles.
