How to Book Classes

  1. Download the WKS App: Create your account.
  2. Purchase the New Client Intro Offer: This is the best way to start your journey with us.
  3. Choose a Class: Browse our schedule and select the class that fits your availability.
  4. Reserve Your Spot: Click 'Book Now' to secure your place in the class. You’ll receive confirmation emails for all bookings.

Note: We recommend booking classes early as spots fill up quickly.

What to Expect During Your First Workout

We understand that starting something new can be both exciting and a little daunting, which is why we make your first experience with us as welcoming and rewarding as possible. Here’s how we do it:

  • Warm Welcome: Our studio experience team will greet you, provide a breakdown of the class flow, and show you around the studio.
  • Machine Introduction: Your trainer will introduce you to our specialty equipment and workout format.
  • Supportive Environment: Our community is friendly and encouraging, ensuring you feel comfortable and motivated no matter who you are sweating next to.
 

Policies

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have these policies in place:

  • Cancellation Policy:Please cancel bookings at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the $15 late cancellation fee.
  • Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for parking and so our team can welcome you in.
  • Locked Door Policy: We lock the doors at the start of class. If you arrive once the doors have been locked, you will not be allowed into the studio and a WKS team member will connect with you on next steps. Our locked door policy is for safety purposes and applies to all clients, new & longstanding!
  • Attire: Wear your favorite workout set, sneakers, and bring a water bottle.
